Tidal Change

Sliding into home

The catalogs are done being printed, labels are being applied, postage paid and off to be mailed this week. The paintings are nearly finished, still some fussy details that need attention before signatures and paperwork can be completed. There are just two weeks before delivery and all is well.

The reception for the solo show Tidal Change, held at the Sullivan Goss contemporary gallery at 7 East Anapamu in Santa Barbara, will be on Saturday March, 31st, 2007 from 5-7pm.

Mail call.....

I received my first self published effort from my Mac iPhoto program. This little gem is a mere 3.5x2.5" wonder. The images are paintings done on recycled wood postcards found at the local recycle, reuse store... Art from Scrap. Amazing.

The cover is the preview to what you'll find inside, 16 mini treasures. This wee collection will be a feature at the upcoming Tidal Change show at Sullivan Goss. The books I'm considering selling, but for now, I'm just happy admiring them.
